How I work with live systems: everything gets built and tested in an isolated environment first — nothing touches your production systems until you've seen it work. Before any change that writes, deletes, or sends anything on your behalf goes live, I confirm you have a working backup and get your written approval. Changes happen in a defined window with a rollback plan. I don't guarantee uptime, security, or business outcomes — you make the final call on what goes live and when.
Before any engagement starts: you get a signed scope of work and a short liability waiver — price, exclusions, and what happens if something outside that scope comes up, spelled out in writing.
